TO BUY:
Property buying in Cyprus has never been so great,
unarguably creating the basis for a small community
of UK ex-pats, constantly living on a full-time scale
on the island. The imminent accession of Cyprus as
a whole by 2004 to the EU, has spiralled people’s
expectations on Property and has been an upwardly
factor for house/estate prices. We have reasons to
believe that this trend will continue for the next
2-3 years, especially as Cyprus has plans to upgrade
its service levels even further with the creation
of Golf Courses and extensive facilities boat marinas
in various seaside locations on the island.
In association with “D.K. Kyrenia Estates Ltd” and
its 30-year old experience in property, we are able

on the procedures of buying property and suggest ways
in which to successfully complete a purchase from
the right associates. We portray ourselves as being
even more concerned in the after sales service following
the purchase of a property, rather than just the sale
itself. We would strongly recommend a trip to Cyprus

that people need to so more than “sleeping on the

TO RENT:
Wishing to extend our services to all our customers
and friends and in that way upgrading the offered
augmented products and services (*), we have come
up with a list of Properties that we are able to offer
throughout Cyprus, exclusively for you along with
a “D2” Air-Conditioned Car.
(a) Flats / Apartments
A large number of the apartments on offer are British-owned
and Brand new (mainly in Paphos and Protaras Areas
of the island), as we have inspected them and all
come fully furnished, offering TV and A/c facilities
as well (**). Some apartment complexes are offering
shared swimming pool facilities for the tenants. Please
note that some of the pictures of flats are used as
examples only.
 
 
(b) Villas / Villas with Swimming Pool
Following the large (mainly British) purchase spree
as from 2001, a great number of Cyprus-based holiday
homes/villas are up for rent all year round for periods
of 1-3 weeks. All villas presented are in secluded
areas with a number of other villas and vila tenants.
Each villa however, has its own private spaces and
swimming pool; some also offer barbecue facilities
for great Sunday lunches and sun-beds for long sun-tanning
treatments! Please note that some of the pictures
are used as examples only!

(*) : (Short-Term) Apartment rental offered is 1,
2 and 3 weeks and ONLY in conjunction to hiring a
car from us (you do not have to go
through the Online Car Reservation process)
(**): (Long-Term) Apartment rental is 6 and 12 months
only. Car hire through us, is not compulsory, as far
as Long-Term apartment rental is concerned.
