Specific Terms and Conditions of Rental:

1)Cars listed/shown are only examples. The company withholds the right to substitute the vehicle under question with one of a similar category or nature where deemed necessary. Only 3% of our rental agreements, does not end up with the requested car; however, and in the interest of an example "?..if it isn't a Mazda 323, it will most definitely be a Toyota Corolla.."

2)Under NO circumstances is the car to be driven into or in close proximity of the Turkish-occupied territories of the Republic (please ask for Map and details). Customers shall be LIABLE to redeem the FULL VALUE of the vehicle to the owner in case or cases where the vehicle remains within the said occupied territory. Additionally, customers will also be held responsible for any damages sustained to the vehicle as a direct result of their presence near the Turkish troops anywhere near the Green Line (no man's land).

3) Full Comprehensive and/or Personal Injury Insurances CANNOT BE CLAIMED by customers, under the following circumstances: (i)The Driver was under the influence of Alcohol
(ii)A passenger and/or an unauthorised person (driving the vehicle) other than the Driver, with no Additional Driver Insurance (ADI) coverage purchased prior to the commencement of rental - please refer to the "D-Plus" Package section).
(iii)Driving in unofficial secondary roads, resulting in sustaining damage to the vehicle (an example would be the rocky roads of the Akamas peninsula).
(iv)Theft, dents, scratches and any sort of damage/vandalism sustained to the vehicle, either on the move or parked (Unless taking up Additional Damage Waiver (ADW) - please refer to the "D-Plus" package section/note).
(v) The Driver (on his/her sole responsibility) taking the Right-hand side of the road, resulting in an accident. This sub-section ONLY applies to customers where the stream of traffic in their respective countries of residence is of a Right-hand side nature. Customers who fall in this category are NOT covered by CDW Insurance, therefore an excess DOES apply in certain cases (please ask our representatives).
(vi)The car was driven in No Man's Land (Border Area) and beyond (the illegal Turkish-occupied areas of the Republic).

4) Vehicle Insurance shall be to the FULL extent only if:
(i)The customer has been INSURED against it prior to the rental by taking the CDW, Vat, Petrol package in addition to also including the "D-Plus" Package on the Internet's quoted price.
(ii)The customer has informed both the owner and the police IMMEDIATELY after the accident has occurred. In addition, the customer remained at the place of accident (or in close proximity) until the police arrived and was available to them for the completion of the relevant police report. Contact details are to be provided upon completion of the contracts at the nearest (to you) of our Premises.

5) Jeeps are presented to customers with their soft top fitted on, unless otherwise specified by the customer. When removed by the customer and whether lost or stolen, the soft top's cost is NOT COVERED by ANY insurance and the customer shall be liable for the cost of replacing it. During the rental agreement, it is possible for the customer to remove the soft top (off the car). However, if he/she does so, he/she can:
(i)fold it and keep it in a safe place (i.e. hotel room) or,
(ii)hand it back to us and collect it when needed.
Soft - Top Provision is free of charge (Upon Request).

6) Minimum Rental Period: 3 Days

7) For EXTENSION of Car Rental Agreements, customers are required to notify us at least TWO DAYS prior to the completion of their rental agreement. The company however, reserves the right to either REFUSE a late notice on car rental extension, or proceed to alternative arrangements of similar or of different nature (car group) - either upwards or downwards - if the vehicle concerned is unavailable beyond the customer's initial rental agreement. For INSURANCE purposes, prepayment and an issue of a new rental agreement is a pre-condition.

8) Should the customer terminate the rental agreement and return the vehicle before the rental period expires, the Company WILL NOT be eligible to return ANY sum of money [or part of it] agreed upon in the rental agreement.

9) FUEL (full tank) is paid by the hirer prior to rental. The price of unused petrol left in the car upon the car rental agreement's expiry, is NOT REFUNDABLE.

10) All Parking and Traffic fines of the Republic are the renter's responsibility.

11) We honour all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard). However, a 3% surcharge is taken upon credit card settlement (5% on American Express).

12) ALL Insurances taken up by the hirer and/or his/her passenger/s and whether being optional or not, DO/SHALL NOT APPLY in cases where the DRIVER and/or PASSENGERS has/have been found to be under the influence of alcohol.

13) The Hirer is responsible to redeem the owner/s of the rented vehicle for any damaged upholstery and any loss of any tools and/or equipment which allow for the smooth operation and maintenance of the vehicle.

14) Baby seats and any additional requested items that are outside a particular vehicle's specifications bear an extra charge. Throughout the car hire period, all renters are responsible for any extra requested items (accidents, losses, burns etc)

15) Rates and Specific Terms Conditions of Rental are subject to change without prior notice.
